  • Beginner (20-30%) – This group doesn’t have the necessary prerequisites and background for the training. They can usually be shy and quiet or ask too many basic questions.
  • Middle pack (60-70%) – The audience is the right set for the training and most programs are targeted to them as they are the majority
  • Advanced students (10-20%) – The experts who already know a lot of these skills and would like to take it to the next level. If silent they are getting bored or they may ask questions which may be challenging for the instructor or the other two groups.

Training programs do a one fit all solution -ideal for intermediate level while  leaving the Beginner behind and Advanced folks bored.

Our ReadyLearnGo model innovation is designed to take this challenge head-on. We make your learning experience more manageable using a 3 stage process and dividing the course content into ‘Ready’ , ‘Learn’ and ‘Go’ and help include all the different types of audience.

Foundation level module to help you understand what to expect with the training and do all the necessary setup. It has an optional preparatory section for Beginner students to catch-up so that they are better prepared for the training. This is provided using on-demand content weeks before the actual training.

Instructor led training module which helps you learn more about the technology and clarify any queries that you have regarding the course content. As the Beginners have got an opportunity to get ready prior to this training , it improves the mix of audience in the class and get better experience for the instructor and the vast majority of the class.

Congratulations! You are a pro in the specific technology but you want to brush up your skills and transit into advanced level then this is the module you are looking for. The advance group can take some of the level 2 content and provide value to this group from the training program. It challenges them and provides them with a fulfilling learning experience.
