This course is designed to introduce future ecosystem professionals to the Salesforce platform and the fundamental skills needed to take their careers to the next level. Training commences with a blended presentation on the basics to build engagement and strengthen acumen for what Salesforce is all about. Throughout the course, students will gain hands-on experience with Salesforce’s front and back end. Their journey includes learning the basics of user interface navigation, configuring user settings, a quick tour of the back end called Setup, data relationships, bringing data into Salesforce, exporting data from Salesforce, creating reports and dashboards, and leveraging automation tools to optimize efficiency. Students will also understand the basics of Salesforce’s object-oriented architecture that drives data relationships and automation tools.
